Gold Choice Booking is run by Gold Choice Tech. By using it, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain words on purpose.

If you book an appointment

Your appointment is with the business, not with us. Its prices, cancellation rules, deposits and refunds are that business’s own policies, shown before you book.
Please give your real name and a phone number where you can be reached. Fake or repeated bookings may be cancelled and blocked.
If you agree to texts, you will get texts about your appointment (up to 4 per booking). Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
You can change or cancel through the link in your confirmation, within the business’s rules, or by contacting the business.

You are responsible for your services, prices and hours being correct, and for honoring the appointments made on your booking page.
Only send texts to customers who agreed to receive them, and only about their appointments. Do not use Gold Choice Booking for advertising messages.
Keep your password private. Give your staff their own logins instead of sharing yours.
You pay the monthly price we agreed on. There is no contract: you can stop at any time.
We may pause an account that is used for spam, for anything illegal, or that is not paid. We will tell you first when we can.
Your customers’ information belongs to you. We use it only to run the service for you, and we delete it when you ask.

We work hard to keep Gold Choice Booking running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be down, or that every text or email will arrive.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost business or other indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
We may improve or change the service. If a change matters to how you use it, we will tell you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
